We don't impose any fees on our schools or restaurant partners. Instead, we request a modest discount off your regular in-store pricing, allowing us to add a percentage for parents. Enjoy weekly exposure to a valuable customer base, an efficient order management system, and unmatched restaurant support!
Our team collaborates with you to craft a tailored menu for your restaurant, featuring kid and staff-friendly meals that prioritize both quality and popularity.
We offer three payment options:
1. Keep your credit card on file, charged after each delivery.
2. Direct deposit after each delivery.
3. Monthly direct deposit. Lunchtime Bites handles customer payments and pays restaurant partners based on the selected method. No gift cards or donations are requested from our restaurant partners for these orders.
Parents and staff members order through our website. We facilitate all payment processing, technical support, and customer support. Order reports are automatically generated each day. You will be able to pull the reports through our online ordering system after 12:00 PM (noon) the day before your delivery
Our restaurant partners deliver the meals directly to the school. This cuts out the middle man and the extra costs associated with a delivery service, and gives you more exposure to your community!
